MMSMAX

MMSMAX provides direct and in-depth view of MMS across complex service delivery infrastructure. MMSMAX has more than 200 KPIs built-in about MMS services. MMSMAX can pin-point the root cause of the service problem with just several clicks. MMSMAX is capable of finding performance problems that WAP Gateway or MMSC statistics do not show. It can also troubleshoot MMS problems and protocol errors in the mobile and network side. MMS statistics are converted in to indicators of key performance and service quality.

MMSMAX support many interfaces, including Gn, Gi, MM1, MM3, MM4, and MM7 interfaces.

MMSMAX @ Core Networks:

  • Provides key information on MMS service problems in real time.
  • Identifies both mobile phone and network equipment problems.
  • Provides detailed information on MMS protocol level for engineer to drill down to the root of the problems.
  • Provides many useful reports and valuable user behavior analysis. Supports simultaneous data capture from multiple interfaces.

Multimedia Messaging Services may soon be as popular and profitable as SMS. Network providers have invested heavily in wireless infrastructure and are counting on MMS to generate significant revenue. MMS performance and service quality must be constantly monitored to insure subscribers have a good perception of the network. Currently, MMSMAX is the only dedicated end-to-end, real-time monitoring system on the market. Effective service delivery requires advanced tools. Monitoring, analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators tell network operators whether they are providing a high quality service for the subscribers.

Many data and voice networks have existing performance monitoring tools which provide statistics usually only used for troubleshooting. MMSMAX is capable of finding performance problems that WAP Gateway or MMSC statistics do not show. It can also troubleshoot MMS problems and protocol errors in the mobile and network side. MMS statistics are converted in to indicators of key performance and service quality. Dynamic reports generated by MMSMAX clearly display technical and business information for use by engineers and marketing departments alike.

Based on Theta Networks' MAX core technology, MMSMAX delivers unique MMS key performance indicators (KPIs) and key quality indicators (KQIs) that report on the MMS performance and the user experience. Constant real-time monitoring of the MMS system enables service providers to isolate emerging problems and respond instantly to improve MMS service delivery, network performance and customer service.

Theta Networks have developed MMSMAX as an answer to the urgent need for a high-quality MMS performance monitoring software solution that can be used straight out of the box. MMSMAX is universally interoperable with different types of networks including WCDMA and GPRS platforms.
