Theta Networks - Managing the customer experience

Theta Networks has been invited to speak at the Network Optimization forum in Berlin on November 2nd 2005. Theta Networks will highlight its unique focus on optimizing data services using a patent pending technology. The title of the speech is "Advanced Mobile Data Application Optimization", and sheds light on where most problems occur with many non-bandwidth intensive applications, within the core network of operators. The thesis of the talk is that there are many opportunities for optimizing data services in the core network, and that this approach is more efficient and more effective than focusing solely on the air interface or radio optimization. A case study will be presented, illustrating how Theta Networks tools and services were used to significantly increase speeds of WAP and MMS services for a major carrier, and consequently improve customer satisfaction and revenues.
