China: Technical support engineer (TSECN14)

 

Role: to provide customer interface, and be the link with the software development team. Be expert in the software products and understand its usage by customers. Deliver professional services to customers.

Location: Beijing, China.

Requirements:
- Foreign passport holder (European, U.S., Australian/NZ, HK, Singapore) for impromptu travel arrangements (without visa need)
- Relevant studies or experience in IT/telecom/networking
- Spoken level of Chinese to be able to communicate with the R&D (English is of course a MUST)
- Must be able to learn fast new technologies and products
- Strong analysis skills
- Be able to travel abroad and in China on a regular basis
- Must have a very service oriented mindset
- Some software programming experience is a strong plus
- Any of this technical knowledge will be appreciated:
    - Programming language: JAVA, C, C++, Qt
    - Database: SQL language, Oracle, MySQL
    - Telecom: GPRS, 3G, GSM, IN, service assurance, OSS, NMS, IP, TCP.
    - Technical certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, MSCE, ICND
