To provide Mobile Broadband performance optimization to our partner company.
Qualifications and experience needed for this position:
1. Excellent knowledge of Mobile Broadband protocols
2. Thorough understanding of WCDMA/GPRS/CDMA network technology and equipment
3. Familiar with protocol analyzers such as Theta MAX, Wireshark
4. Knowledge of programming (C, VB) and databases (Oracle, Access, SQL)
5. Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP or CCIE)
6. Experience in customer services or technical support
7. Project management skills to lead the performance improvement project
Key tasks:
1. Analyze end-to-end Mobile Broadband performance and propose solutions to enhance the performance
2. Use of Theta Networks advanced end-to-end Mobile Broadband optimization software (BroadMAX) to reach the most optimized network performance
3. Analyze the Mobile Broadband equipment statistics
4. Report software bugs or performance improvement features in the network equipment
5. Promote the performance improvement services to operator in order to generate further sales for our partner company
6. Be flexible in terms of time availability and travelling
7. Provide competence transfer to other engineers
