To provide WCDMA radio trial support to our partner company.
Qualifications and experience needed for this position:
1. Excellent knowledge of WCDMA radio technology
2. Experience with 3G drive test tools, post-processing tools and spectrum analyzers (TEMS, TOM-NEMO, Actix, COUEI, Anritsu)
3. WCDMA RAN OSS experience in collecting KPI and measurement data
4. WCDMA radio signaling and coding scheme knowledge
5. WCDMA radio equipment (Node B, AXC, RNC) and solutions
6. Presentation skills
7. Project management skills to lead the 3G trial and team
Key tasks:
1. Provide WCDMA radio tuning and optimization to get the best performance for the 3G trial
2. Run drive tests and analyze performance data from the drive test tools
3. Collect RAN statistics from network equipment and process the data to fine-tune the performance
3. Promote the radio planning services to operator in order to generate further sales for our partner company
4. Be flexible in terms of time availability and travelling
5. Provide competence transfer to other radio planning engineers
